Welcome to Kawekwa Workouts These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for participation in our boot camps, training sessions, and related services. By signing up, you agree to comply with the terms below:
1. Deposit Requirement
- A deposit is required to secure your spot in our boot camps. Your spot will only be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Payment Options
- Payments for boot camps are issued via invoice (faktura).
- Depending on the package selected, payments can be split into two (2) or three (3) installments. This option will be discussed and agreed upon before finalizing enrollment.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel a session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start time without penalty.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will result in the session being counted as attended.
- An exception is made for VAB (childcare-related absences due to illness), as we understand this is beyond your control.
4. Training Programs
- Training programs are separate from boot camp sessions and may incur an additional fee. Any additional fees will be clearly communicated before purchase.
5. General Terms
- All participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided during the sessions to ensure a safe and productive environment for everyone.
- Refunds for deposits and payments will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our discretion.
